Outlook – Standard Toolbar Missing?

Got this problem with Microsoft Outlook. The missing Standard Toolbar…

The Standard Toolbar did not appear although it is activated in the “Toolbars” option.

Follow these steps to get back your missing Standard Toolbar:

• Make sure you close your Outlook.
• Search for outcmd.dat in you computer.
• Make sure that you include the search in hidden folders.
• or you can go to “C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook” if you’re using Windows XP or 2000.
• Delete or change the filename (ex: outcmd.dat to outcmd.old)
• Open Outlook again.
• Outlook will rebuild your toolbar and it will be back where it should be.
